About Us!

 Our owners purchased The JS Shaker Cafe in May of 2016 with the dream of owning an establishment for friends and families to gather. The cafe has been continuously serving Flemington New Jersey for a number of decades. We believe in family, friendship, and wholesome food using only fresh ingredients.  

Doing things the way they used to

Our menu and food presentation brings back a bit of nostalgia. We use classic ice cream parlor glasses to serve our delicious ice cream! Yum!
